We got hammered with a blizzard last night. We are stuck at the hospital and the city is shutdown. So I found some stairs and ran the 8 storeys at the hospital until I could barely walk. I haven’t ran stairs since we were in Bologne, Italy last May. I ran the Madonna di San Luca which was 3.5km and 666 stairs leading to a beautiful Basilica.
